I’ve been meaning to leave this review for the longest time. Earlier this year my car hit a large pothole in the dark and one of the tires failed as a result. I had to drive over a mile to arrive at a safe place and replace my completely flat tire. Afterward I was worried about the underside of my car being damaged. Autostream did a thorough inspection and gave a clean bill of health, providing great peace of mind. They were friendly and super efficient. The cost was very reasonable and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

All around amazing customer service!!! This was our first time at AutoStream. Reading all the great reviews brought us here. The fantastic service will keep us coming back! Shawn kept me updated every step of the way. Corey took the time to call and ask me directly about issues we were having with the vehicle and completed multiple test drives to gather information for a “diagnosis”. Everything was communicated quickly with calls/texts, and written up for our review. We also appreciated the easy and convenient drop off/ pick up options. The AutoStream Columbia team was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout our experience.

This was the first time my wife and I had tried this auto care service to get repair work done on our vehicle. We were greeted by Tia who was very professional and thorough in explaining the process and offered us rental service as a convenience. Our vehicle was repaired with followed by an inspection report and ready for pickup same day. Our overall experience was very exceptional. We highly recommend this company and will be back!!!

As a first time customer, I had a very good experience here (Autostream Columbia, MD). Prices for services appeared reasonable when I crossed checked online estimates. What stood out the most was their helpful and knowledgeable customer service. They were motivated to make time for my car and provided insight on why replacing my worn out control arm would improve my driving experience: it would eliminate shaking when applying brakes. My car is definitely driving better now. They also let me borrow their loaner car before picking up the next day- very convenient!

Excellent experience with AutoStream Car Care Center in Columbia from start to finish. Shoutout to Tia for making it that much better. The entire team was friendly, very knowledgeable, and took the time to answer every question I had. Tia and team walked me through their findings with hands-on demos and clear explanations, which made everything easier to understand. The team really took the time to make sure I was satisfied with every visit and diagnostic explanation. I especially appreciated their honesty and transparency throughout the entire process. The diagnostic report was incredibly thorough—complete with photos, videos, and detailed breakdowns of exactly what needed work—and you get to keep it for reference anytime. The convenience of their loaner car service was a great help too! Excellent customer experience from the entire team overall. A complete 180° from my previous dealership service center experience. Highly impressed and would absolutely recommend.
